Not only will we meet you to take your measurements, we’ll also be more than happy to help you pick the customized details of your suit or shirt. We can provide samples of the fabrics we work with and advise you on which will be the most fitting for whatever event or time of the year. Most importantly, we want to share fashion tips and advice that will help you be different and unique when it comes to suiting up.
Once we have your measurements and the details you’ve selected for your suit in hand, our tailors will begin the process of producing patterns and dressmaking. The suit will then go on to be pressed and after that it will be sent to our offices in New York, Toronto or Madrid, where we’ll contact you to set up a new appointment.
We’ll agree on the best moment for you to try on the suit. If we verify that everything is in order, we’ll hand over the suit and see if it needs any final alterations. We’ll take note of anything that’s missing and within a few days we’ll do another fitting. Our guarantee is that we will not hand over a suit until we know that you feel it’s the perfect fit for your body.
None of our suits or shirts will be handed over to our clients, unless we know with absolute certainty that they are satisfied with the final product.
